I love the domain and the process of shaping the vision of a product and translating a complex problem into a simple and aesthetic design. Product Strategy & Roadmap
Shape the product vision by helping to understand our user’s problems and pain points and how our product solve their problems. Define execution strategy and roadmap to maximize value in the short term while executing towards the long term vision.
Commercial Strategy
Define business case and commercial objectives. Create commercial model, including pricing and go-to-market strategy. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement marketing strategy and develop marketing tools for the sales teams.
Requirements Management
Define features and requirements for successful execution by the development team. Act as the customer advocate articulating the user’s needs and work across functions to understand constraints and factors informing the product design.
Product Design
Bring our product to life by creating beautiful designs. From information architecture and navigation structure, Lo-Fi wireframes and design language, to detailed interaction and visual design. Iterating on the product design by constantly involving users in the design process.
Launch and on-Market Success
Prepare the team for launch of the product. Provide guidance to sales and support teams and engage with customers to receive feedback on the product. Define and track key product metrics and generate insights to inform new features, product as well as marketing strategy.
